• Successfully applied and received funding in the amount of half a million dollars ($0.5m), which was then used for various building improvement projects.


• With strong Analytical Skills, successfully negotiated 25 year commercial roof rental lease with telecommunication vendors, significant increase in revenue, and obtained perks for community development.


• Prudent Management Approach resulted in huge growth in Reserves. Balance as at December 31, 2014 was 1.2 million dollars, invested in various money markets maximizing the interest income. Kept Receivables below $500 at all times.

With strong financial background, we were able to run surplus for two consecutive fiscal years and because of successful operations project was released and sold to third parties.
